We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or natural differences in hair.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on location. Tracking information will be provided. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• If the hair arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and, if approved, replace the product.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper use, styling, or care of the hair. We are also not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit once the package is handed to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website or store, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of uxhair and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
